Is the water park included in my reservation?
Yes, for any reservation in a Pirates World accommodation, the water park is included in your stay
What types of swimsuits are allowed?
Proper bathing attire is required within the park at all times for access to the park and surrounding area.
After the entrance, street clothes are not allowed… textiles are allowed if and only if they are T-shirts, polo shirts, tank tops, skirts and shorts (with an exception to be made if certain groups of visitors are escorted by park staff to visit the park without swimming).
Clothing, including that of a religious nature, is not permitted in the park. Burqas, niqab, hijab and chador are forbidden in the park, as well as rabbi hats, cassocks, yoga pants, tai chi robes, monk robes, kesa meditation robes, Catholic liturgical vestments, etc.
Bathing suits such as tankinis and bathing dresses with skirts are prohibited. Only one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are allowed. All swimwear exceeding the knees and elbows is strictly forbidden.
To protect your head from the sun, only caps and hats are allowed…. Cotton bandanas and turbans are prohibited.
When swimming, swim SHORTS ARE NOT ALLOWED, only swimsuits (swimming trunks and shorts for men) without underwear are allowed.
Is the swimming pool heated?
The pools at the Pirates World water park are kept at a minimum temperature of 19°.
When are there shows?
The performances take place in July-August.
How far is the Pirates World complex from the beach?
The Pirates World and Cap Pirate hotels, as well as Camping Les Sables d ‘or, are located about 800 m from the beach.
Is there a kids’ club?
Yes, the Pirates World complex has a Kids club (from 5 to 11 years old) and a Teens club (from 12 to 17 years old), open in high season (activities offered and schedule on site).
Is there a spa?
The Pirates World complex offers a dedicated area, sauna, steam room and massages.
What time can we access the room?
16:00 check-in 10:00 check-out
For the Pirates World and Cap pirate hotels, as well as for Camping Les Sables d ‘or, you can access your room or mobile home from 16:00.
What time should we vacate the room?
For the Pirates World and Cap pirate hotels, you must vacate your room at 11:00, for Camping Les Sables d ‘or you must vacate your mobile home at 10:00, you can, however, continue to enjoy the water park and all the activities of the complex.
What type of coffee machine is in the rooms at the Pirates World and Cap Pirate hotels?
Nespresso machines.
Are linens provided in the rooms at the Pirates World and Cap Pirate hotels?
Yes, bath and pool towels.
Will the jacuzzi be hot at check-in?
Yes, the jacuzzi will be heated to 37 degrees, emptied, cleaned and filled after each departure, requires about 6 hours to reach the maximum temperature.
Are the kitchens at the Cap Pirate hotel suites equipped?
Yes, the kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, dishwasher and dishes.
Is it mandatory to book a meal in one of the restaurants in the complex?
The booking is not mandatory but strongly recommended. A concierge service is also at your disposal to make the reservations for you.
What type of breakfast is served and at what times?
Breakfast is offered in the form of an all-you-can-eat continental buffet, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
What payment methods are accepted at reception?
For the Pirates World and Cap pirate hotels, as well as for Camping Les Sables d’or, we accept: cash max €1,000, Debit/Credit card, AMEX, paper ANCV (no cheques).
How many electric charging stations are there?
There are 16 terminals on the campsite side ans 8 terminals on the 22kwh hotel side
